Annual Reports.
Annual reports are great marketing tools. They let the public and your clients or customers know what you're doing and give you an opportunity to brag about your successes. If you are applying for a private or federal grant, your grant maker may request a copy of your most recent annual report.
Some companies forgo creating annual reports because of the expense of printing full color hard copies that sit in a box somewhere or end up in the trash. When we create your annual report, you don't have to print it. You can place a full color pdf version on your website for potential clients and funders to download and read. It saves printing costs and keeps paper out of our landfills.
We will:
- Work closely with you and your employees to gather the information and data to be included in the report
- Help develop a theme that reflects the goals and objectives of the organization
- Write fresh and succinct copy to effectively convey the information you want to share
- Layout and design the report, utilizing vibrant and compelling design elements
- Provide you with electronic versions of the report ready for printing or distribution via your website or e-mail
- Securely archive your report to quickly make future revisions as needed.
Cost: Layout and Design (with content provided by client)
Printing: Quoted per job based on quantity, quality, color(s), stock, etc.
