Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks and Brian Head lie to the south.  The Fremont Indian Museum and Cove Fort are less than an hour to the north and Capitol Reef is just over the mountain to the east.

Family Reunions

In addition to being a great place to play tourist, this vacation rental property is also perfect for family reunions of up to 25 people. There’s additional mattresses for a kid’s slumber party in the basement and the adults can stay in one of 6 bedrooms with queen or twin beds. ATV Enthusiasts: Gateway to the Paiute ATV Trail!

This home is also perfect for ATV enthusiasts. It’s close to the world renowned Paiute ATV trail. You can park all your trailers and vehicles right on the vacation rental property and then take off on your ATV adventure; explore the surrounding area and the Paiute ATV Trail. When you come off the trail at the end of the day, you can take a hot shower, sleep in a crisp bed and be ready to do it all again in the morning.

Sportsmen Hikers and Hunters

If you like to hunt, hike and fish, Junction has it all. Piute Lake, Otter Creek Reservoir, Puffer’s Lake and Panguitch Lake are all waiting for your first cast. Deer and elk roam through the high mountain meadows and thick timber on the Pahvant and Tushar  ranges to the west. You’ll also find hiking and mountain biking areas unknown to the common man.

Climate

Because Junction sits at 6,000 feet, Nights can be chilly, but summer days are wonderful. You should bring a jacket for the evening hours.

Local Amenities

Junction is a small town. Cows outnumber people by a large margin. You’ll find one gas station, a small general store and one motel. That’s it! The nearest fast food is 35 miles away in Panguitch and the nearest Walmart is in Richfield 45 miles to the North. When you’re in Junction, you’re in the boonies! Enjoy it while you can.
